Tommy Thompson was locked in jail for 10 years on a contempt of court charge for not telling what happened to 500 gold coins or something like that! :D At any rate he was finally released, a couple of weeks ago, anyone ever hear this story, anyone have any SS Central America gold? Tommy Thompson, 73, discovered millions of dollars' worth of sunken treasure from the 1857 wreck of the SS Central America, also known as the Ship of Gold, off the coast of South Carolina in 1988. Here's the story in links and video! lol.gif

    Here’s my S.S. Central America gold. Not a coin but it’s still gold. It’s called a “pinch”. IMG_0406.jpeg IMG_0407.jpeg IMG_0408.jpeg IMG_0409.jpeg

I think you'd have to pay me quite a lot of millions of dollars to spend ten years in jail.

Here's a news clip that shows some of the gold coins, also there was a movie made about this ship wreck, I can't be sure but I think it's called 'Ship of Gold', great movie! It's a shame that Tommy Thompson got greedy and kept or lost over 500 gold coins, honestly I think he got greedy and got ripped off for the gold or he's a nutjob! :D Who in their right mind would spend 10 years in jail instead of speaking up? Not me that's for sure!
