It looks flat and shelflike to me. That would make it worthless doubling not related to a true Doubled Die variety unfortunately. Also, True Doubled Die fall under the Variety category which is different from the Mint Error category. Write that down so you don't forget.
I know what you meant when you said "MD" in the title, but "MD" has always stood for metal detecting in my mind.
Arbie your coin is heavily deteriorated. The ghosting and the heavy die polishing tell the whole story. You have what is called die deterioration doubling.
