I was looking at these at a store, and I was wondering what percentage of silver at least could be at most 10% has anybody ever seen these, they're zodiac coins I think

I don't think those have any silver content at all, China makes a ton of medals and tokens like that with year of animals etc., many are on ebay.
It's not a coin. I dug something like that up metal detecting. I have a photo somewhere. No silver in that.
