    Rim is weak. Could actually be a partial clip. What's the reverse look like in the same spot?

    The reverse in the same spot (used a square to signify) is fine. I did notice some clashing? (circled area) and weakness on the E PLUR (short arrows)...Also there is rim height difference in the West edge/270 degrees versus the ESE edge (long arrows).

    I originally thought it was a greaser but seeing the large portion on the rim, I thought it wasn't a cud but it could be something else that caused the first few letters to not be stamped; so I thought I would put it out here for the experts to give it a go.
