This token is in a bezel. It’s a zodiac token of the month of Capricorn. A small stain is on the obverse. The reverse also has some small stains, but it shows all 12 months, the figure that goes with those months and the dates of the month. The third photo shows that the top unscrews and bezel comes off. I removed the bezel for the photo and there is no sign of damage from being in a bezel. It is unlike most bezels that I have seen with a coin in them. It just wraps around the edge of the coin and when squeezed together, you can screw the cap on. If you look closely, you can see the screw lines on the bezel when I took it off.
