What is the fastest way to get through to the Mint for ordering?????????? I've tried using the NET and the telephone, the mint says it's web site is improved now, TRUE or NOT?? The phone can be an hour or more, if you can get through at all!!
I have never had an hour wait for ordering or support. Of course I usually call later in the night. As for ordering of the net - are you using dial-up? I know it was slower when I used dial-up versus my cable modemm, but never enough where I would complain.
internet works best for me ~ i usually end up aggravated if i try to phone the mint direct ~ on hold for ever & answering the same question and ... yeah, internet everytime.
Robert are you referring to the soon to be upcoming quickie sell out of the Liberty spouse coin ? If so, then I am kind of curious myself.
i've had no problem with the ordering..........................it's the quality that bothers me! grizz
Place the order with an expired credit card.. they will call you back! I swear it is the better way to go...LOL RickieB
Sorry ~ not so. That was their excuse for not shipping my 2006 anniversary sets ... I'd updated my credit card information online as it renewed in between the order & shipping .... and even confirmed in email that my information had updated but after NOT receiving my sets and waiting on the phone & being transferred four times I was told my order wasn't filled because the card had expired.
If your card expires between the ordering and the shipping just updating it on the website WILL NOT WORK! When you placed the order it makes a copy of the card information current at that time and THAT is the information that is used when they finally bill for the order, not the current updated information on file. If your card expires you MUST contact Customer Service and have them go into your order and update the card information there as well. I don't know if you can get into the individual order and make those changes to the card info there yourself or not. (I don't order from the mint so I've never had to do it myself.)
