    I asked in this thread a little while ago about what picture editing software everyone uses. Stork replied but no one else did. Unfortunately Stork's tool is online only and that will not work for me.

    I need something which:
    1. Will crop to a circle so that I can pick out just the coin.
    2. All me to combine two pictures (observe, reverse) into a single picture.
    3. All me to overlay text on the picture.

    Does anyone have any recommendations? It must be a downloadable program.

    Photoscape. It's free, easy to use and will do everything you ask. I use it 99% of the time. Took me less that 3 minutes to do this
