While I browse around I'll suggest the obvious---HELP @David Atherton !!!! I'm also unable to find any with the 'cos III cens'---Hopefully someone else can actually be of some help. Edit: All I can find is Cos II of Titus struck under Vespasian with the CENS
I'm confused. I see three coins with COS IIII. At any rate, Vespasian struck an extensive 'COS III' issue without CENS in 71 (Vespasian was not consul III as censor). The last coin is COS IIII Mars, RIC 384, listed as 'rare'.
It looks to me the engraver thats has make the coin IMP CAES VESP AVG PM TP PP COS IIII CENS with the triumphal quadriga. make the mars sestertius to in the same periode (mabye)

OK, I'm still confused. Were you asking for a RIC attribution for the first coin you posted? If so, it was already correctly attributed as RIC 578 in your first post!
It was going about cos IIII cens what i did understand it i could not find a mars sestertius in with that the coin research
@ro1974 the language barrier is keeping us from understanding each other. At least you found what you were looking for ...
