[IMG] Not sure that I did this properly but I found a 1953 Lincoln cent with this blob over his face

Would like to help you but your link is a download and I am betting that nobody will do the download considering the internet landscape these days. Can you try to post your photo as a photo that we can see?

Agreed, post the actual photo if you can. Meanwhile, “blob over his face” I’m going to guess is glue.

Definitely need a photo. The coin was probably attached to paper than mailed. It would have a non sticky resin to make it stick to paper.

Your Cent has no mint error of any kind.

Looks like a blob of adhesive o_O

Please don't post in the "What's it Worth" section of CoinTalk. There is a Error Coins section here where you can ask all your questions first. Learning what's going on with your coin is more important than value.

It almost looks like it was attached to something for display or for another reason. The blob looks like an adhesive of some sort.
