Got to see a guy perform as a Roy Orbison cover at the Italian American Club of Las Vegas this evening. He was their featured guest at the monthly membership meeting, guy named Bucky Heard. He's far more recognized for his lead in The Rightous Brothers legacy band on the Strip. But his Orbison effort wasn't bad, he hit the hight notes without squealing like a little girl.

When I got home, just had to indulge a bit more in something closer to the real thing. This, from (1975)...

Check-out the 1915 Austrian 100 Corona necklace pendant Orbison is wearing. Tried searching on the internet using AI to determine whatever happened to it without any luck. Might still be owned by heirs. With gold over $5,000 - do you suppose it retains any premium?

Definitely, but provenance would have to be shown to get the big money out of it! Good luck if you're into finding it! thumbsup.gif
