Anyone who's into modern errors and penny collector know what to expect this 1999S Close AM PF70 to bring price wise?

February Coin World lists 1999-S Proof 69 DC at $200.
Proof 70 at $9500 seems a tad much.

Thanks for the reply Michael, yes a modern getting book value is the probably going to happen, Pcgs lists it for 10k. Maybe half that?

Reply to Nick 83 that coin you posted looks correct non error since the close AM. Was mentioned for regular strikes. If it was a wide AM it would be an error.

 

I realize it is Population 1, but I can't justify spending that much on a zinc cent. It just doesn't have that value to me. ( Even at Pop 1.) I wouldn't even go the $200.
