This is really super PR-64. I wish that they could all be this nice for the grade.



1917 MS-65, Full Head



1920 Type II with the date that often wore off the coin. I had one when I was dealer that had a very weak date, but the coin was a solid MS-63. This one is an MS-65, Full Head.



The Type III fixed the date problem, but not all of the coins were fully struck. This is also MS-65 Full Head.

 

Yikes! I just saw this thread. I gather I am way too late - the party hats are in a pile in the corner, the decorations are torn down, and the guests are on their way out the door.

Current: My most recent silver Washington gotten in change, 9 years ago. I have some better ones but no photos, too lazy.

 

I don't know what's next so here's another from yesterday. Bought this in the early 70s as "BU" from the LCS for 70 cents. Price guide says $20-25 today.

 

Today should be Washington 1965 - Date Clad. I will post this in anticipation of @lordmarcovan giving us a proper category title.

Some coins I am just happy to have at all. The idea of reaching this far back into our country’s history is amazing to me.

 

Last time I rolled up the quarters this one jumped out at me because of the booming luster. Almost 40 years in circulation? Not sure if I kept it or spent it...
