That is a great coin Deacon.
I think by now everyone knows I'm working on an Empress set.
Since this is a Julia Domna thread, I recently got this one from Ken Dorney and still his photo. (Maybe this weekend I'll be able to do my own photo)

Interesting variations of the queen's nose. Most show her with an aquiline (Roman) nose. Your second (excellent) coin features her with a *leptorrhine nose.

*I'm not sure about that word. I just learned it.

Since I finally won an up-grade of a Domna denarius, I'll post it here:

    Julia domna, pietas publica.JPG

AR Denarius of Julia Domna Augusta 194-217 AD., mother of Caracalla and Geta - IVLIA AVGVSTA, draped bust right / PIETAS PVBLICA, Pietas standing left, raising both hands; garlanded altar to left (3.68 grams, 20/17 mm) Laodicea ad Mar (Syria) mint 199-207 AD., under Septimius Severus, RIC IV 643 (Severus) RSC 156.

She seems a bit pensive and wary????

Those Laodicea Julias are really beautiful. Yours is a good one! There are several styles.

    Indeed.
I'm taking my time as usual.
My biggest problem is lack of self discipline, I'm easily side tracked.
