According to the seller, this bill was Gem Uncirculated... in 1924. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1921-US-PHI...d=100011&rk=5&rkt=12&mehot=es&sd=262860038721
Quote - "I HAVE OVER 2,800 TOTAL POSITIVES WITH MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS, AND WANT TO STAY THAT WAY"... His numbers are way off!!!
Somebody liked his grade descripton ... sold!!! BTW- his feeback claim is true. If you view all feedback it totals 2800+. What you see is kind of a weighted average. Ebay will not tally up all pos feedback.
you never know what a person will pay unless you sell it this is a prime exsample one persons junk is another person gold i myself laugh at what sells but it is obvious the buyer wanted it and the seller sold it
I posted a "near binary" $1 on eBay and I've already got a bid on it... I don't understand people sometimes
jeffB is right, but I will also add that your feedback rating number = your positive feedback (unique members only) - your negative feedbacks (same as before)
