What would you grade this 17 Lincoln?

I have been going thru coins I have to downsize. Found this Lincoln in one of my albums. It is of a normal size and weight. Just the rims to me stick out like a sore thumb, I grabbed a few 09 vdb's but never really collected wheats unless they had a variety, any thoughts maybe a grade?

I have found some other photos of this coin, whatch out this coin is like a chameleon. It definitely has multiple personalities.
The coin above is actually much more red under an indirect lighting certain lights settings set of different tones.
