Value of a Fritz Hulshoff Wertmarke? At least an explanation of what it is?

    Hello, I have a Wertmarke. It says Wertmarke on one side and Fritz Hulshoff on the other. I don't think it's an actual coin because it doesn't have a number on it signifying it's monetray value. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

    I can send a photo is necessary.

    It's a German token, but will be difficult to ID witout a location. A quick google search and check of MA-Shops didn't turn up anything
