eBay: OK, we know you think they're overrated...

    It appears to be something in the vicinity of a VAM-2B1. My chief worry is what's happening above the eye. The TPG is at least half-legit, in that they have a working website (albeit one which seems served by a dialup server) and submission forms and a fee structure. $5/coin if you're willing to wait!

    Looks to me like a minor debris strikethrough (you can see a smaller one in the field to the left of it) mixed with a possible hit or scratch line in the lower part that's throwing the light

    I believe the website is for a company with the same initials but not related.

    Hmm. You're correct, and I cannot find a Web presence for that particular iteration of those initials. :)

    They have a remarkably complete disclaimer of any real responsibility for the grade on their holder, though. Gotta give them that much. :)
