It’s the Korea 38th anniversary commemorative coin. It’s dated 1991-D and I do not collect commemorative coins but this was in a collection that bought years ago and just got around to going through.
Interesting, I have a Korean medal as well from 1953, happens to be from my birth year and the last year of the Korean War!
