    Nice oddity we'd all love more Dalongea's if not for the scratch above second star I'd say under graded and also like the slanted "D"

    Wow. 3,178 mintage and PCGS estimates there are 90 left in existence in any grade. 6 over MS-60. In case anyone here was wondering how scarce OP coin was.

    Was just reading that the population total for all years for the $2.50 Dahlonega is estimated between 3100 to 3900. I knew they were rare but did not realize that the mintage survival was that low.
