    Good lord, with those pictures, who can say for sure? o_O

    It kinda-sorta looks like it, but it is way too blurry.

    I don't think my phone is good for taking pictures of coins. People are saying it is blurry but it is best I can do of a low grade coin.

    It is the coin. It looks blurry even with the naked eye.
