eBay 1970-S Level 7 Variety The eBay item at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=190139029510&ssPageName=STRK:MEBI:IT&ih=009 describes it as a Level 7 variety. Is this one really a level 7? I thought that all four digits of "1970" needed to be aligned at the top.
He should have described it a different way - large date or low 7 would have been more accurate. But to answer your question, no the 7 is not level with all of the digits - just the 0.
