What's with the obverse? A double strike?

    What's going on with the obverse on this provincial from Anchialus? I think it's a double strike.

    I agree, looks like the second strike is rotated a bit.

    Both sides are considerably doubled. It is interesting how some parts get really messy while other parts remain clear.
