On the hunt for a Morgan Dollar

    You folks have some very fine collections. Thanks for posting them. My Morgan set is entirely raw and based on eye appeal as best I can do. I have all but three. The set represents 75+ years of collecting. I will post my collection here and hope it doesn't overload the site.

    Well, I finally scored! Had one in my eBay cart for a little while, but the price seemed a tad high (though under $500.) But it checked all the boxes and then some, so I figured, I'm not going to let this one get away. I'm really excited to get it, and will post photos as soon as I can!

    I like my Morgan Dollars FULLY toned. Once upon a time I had a huge collection of rainbow toned Morgans, mostly pedigreed to the Battle Creek and Great Falls hoards. I selected the best from each and kept them, then sold the rest. This is all I have left.
