I dont know the name of it...but the rim of the obverse is off-center. I hear you need it to be at least 10-15% off-center to be valuable? I'm a newbie and I didn't measure it, but it looks cool and clear enough to be valuable to me for a collection.
I just noticed the rim being a little off, but I just started learning about this stuff and wanted yalls opinion so I can better my knowledge on the matter. It's one thing to read about it, but I get way more info talking to people that are experienced coin aficionados
I would say that you, have an error there, being a later die state, I would find a place for it in my collection as an example.
The error with the rim being off-center is usually referred to as a mis-alligned die (MAD), I think. Please anyone correct me if I am wrong. As to how far off you have to be to have something worthwhile...anyone's guess.
