The problem with impersonal communication is that people read in whatever emotion they sense, correctly or incorrectly. For this reason, I much prefer calling someone or sending a voice text rather than sending a written text.
    Ah, well. Life goes on.

I was so excited when I found this dollar I didn't take the time I should have to post correctly . I do appreciate everyone who takes time to respond. Thank you for helping me. I'm still not sure if I'm in the right place. Can anyone tell me anything more as to possible value? I don't want to bother anyone .I need to learn a lot more please be patient with me, I am trying.

Partial offset printing is neat. V
alue is only determined on how much a collector of such an issue is willing to pay for it.
But don't expect to pay off your mortgage with what you might sell it for

  6. Thank you. FYI my mortgage is already paid, I'm going to celebrate 50 years on my hill in July.

I'd estimate somewhere in the $45 range.

I posted a photo of my graded offset error for you. The more it’s offset the more value is attached to it. Yours should have a retail value of not more than $75.00 but it’s only worth what a collector is willing to pay.

    Not bad though, ;).
Look for ones like mine. My father got it from the bank a long time ago when I was very young.

I am grateful to also be a member of that club. My car is paid off, too. Neither home nor car are particularly special, but they're paid for.

I live debt free. If I can’t pay cash or pay off my credit card each month I don’t buy it. Yes, I’m a tight wad. :)

I do have an accountant who gives financial advice though and we both have Life insurance. Should be called death insurance if you ask me.
