1929 $5 National Note

    When buying this one, I found it pretty interesting that it has a serial number of "008408". It's from the Kensington National Bank of Philadelphia.

    I checked Ebay sold comps, and outside of one for $25, every other bill is selling for a good $40 and up. I think those are the most common ones, though.

    Would the serial number and bank combo on this bring any additional premium?

    I am not a serial number collector, but nationals have much smaller numbers in general, which makes 'special' numbers relatively more common, and so not so special anymore. Since this isn't even really much of a special number, I doubt that the S/N adds any significant value here. Still a cool note though.
