    Hi all,
    My US Coins submissions.
This is a 1996 W Mint Mark graded at MS 67 Full Torch
I purchased this beauty as part of the US Mint Sets sold back in 1996. The West Point Dime came separate in a small package. So for 21 years I had it put away somewhere in my coin collection waiting for it to be set free. Not until this past January did I cut it to release the Dime and send it to NGC for attribution.
This is coin #10 I got back from NGC
    Enjoy :woot:

    Nice coin.

This is a great set with some great coins in it. Gems can be simply astonishing.

For clad dimes that's a REAL goodie.
Guess they took care when striking them.

I thought it was really cool when the mint did this. The mint set was only $8.00 at that time and you got the extra W dime for free.

In 95 they gave away the 95W Silver Eagle with the gold set.

I had hopes that the mint would keep doing something like this each year.
They didn't but it would have been cool.

Thanks. Learn something new everyday. On these two dimes, do you see a mint mark anywhere? Was 1996 the only year for the Roosevelt W?

I've seen a few PL examples of these, but I'm not sure if the price they are asking is worth it. These have always seemed like a gimmick to me.
