I'm converting a fair number of Morgan Dollars into something else and I have this one.
I bought it a long time ago and do not have the expertise to know if it is good or not. Can someone help please. I grade it at VF because you can still see some feather detail on the breast of the Eagle. Weight is 26.65 g.
An opinion on grade would also be good. It passed the magnet test. 1878 CC morgan B.JPG

I agree with dwhiz EF40 not sure it would get 45 though that's only my opinion and yes it appears authentic

Reverse toning is nice obverse has uneven wear. Nice Morgan, I like it EF-45 overall. The reverse could easily be AU, in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

I could concur with XF45 (or EF45, if you prefer).
