MS-63 There are quite a few marks on the cheek and neck. If they were in a less noticeable area I could see it as an MS-64. The strike is a bit soft, but that's to be expected from New Orleans most of the time.
As somebody who knows virtually nothing about grading modern coins, I was pleased to see that my guess of MS63 matched that of at least one knowledgeable member! It's a very nice coin.
Hard to tell. In some of the photos it looks like it's slab is pretty beat up and the plastic holder has numerous scratches. Looks like a scratch through the eagle's port side wing, but then again, it might just be the plastic. I'll also say 63 but might be 64 because it's such a nice skin, minus the dings. (I am going to start using nautical terms regarding right and left sides)
