I haven't a clue with them in mint state, but I'll take a gander at MS64.
    This is an 1881S that I own. It's a MS65.
Less distractions in the field. Play Ball!

    I’ll say 64 with a shot at 65 on a good day.

VAM variety? I’m utterly clueless on that stuff.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I have no idea about VAMs, but I like this one at 64. Reverse is pretty clean, but a couple of those hits look deep.

In an ANACS "Soap Box" MS-63. In a modern holder MS-64.

I am at MS63 and saw this too late to VAM it. That ship sailed above.:D It doesn't look PL but then again the lighting has it lit up brightly. Doesn't look glassy enough and no contrast between the fields and devices. It's a nice coin with just the right amount of toning.

MS-63, if this is not right, my second guess is 1 through 70, Betcha I'm right now! It's a beaut.

MS63 it is. even though this coin isn't nearly as baggy as some in 63 holders. It is very lustrous.

Photos never capture the essence that in your hand does.......and you are sneaky and picky. I was afraid you were laying in the weeds with a PL that you were hiding. But lack of contrast between field and devices led me to regular strike. No doubt that coin is shimmering in cartwheel luster, the camera stills just never really pick that up without a video. Luster sometimes overrides a few dings. I only said 63 because it is a bit baggy but anything lower would be criminal for such a pretty coin.
