Look at it carefully.. I see small scratches and marks. Circulated. maybe it was in some collectors possession for some time but it finally got out.

Hi Maeli, these were very popular with kids, my kids would squeal when they found a "drummer boy" coin. Unfortunately they don't command any premium unless they are in really pristine condition - no wear, no scratches! Fun to save though, I have a roll of them around somewhere.
