Does anyone know what the options are when using the "Buy Now from Owner" button on Heritage's website? Credit card? Other options? Is it up to the seller? Is Heritage involved at all? Are there additional fees?
I did that once a few years ago. As I recall you pay HA and then the coin is sent to you. I believe the seller sends the coin to HA then they send it to you. Not a fast turn around. I do know I've never do that again.
I have sold that way, the buyer pays HA, you send your item to HA, they send to buyer. HA takes like a 17.5% cut. Not sure if you can use CC, payPal or what though.
I did what I should have in the first place and emailed Heritage. They said they'd accept credit card, PayPal, bank wire, personal check, echeck, money order or cashier’s check.
I've yet to see a "BIN from Owner" at Heritage that wasn't ludicrously overpriced, like you can see the auction record says the owner paid $775 and he's asking $1300. O_O
