Yes it has been done many times. But not nearly enough to make any kind of reasonable deduction from it.
HMMMM. I wonder if there will be an end to new grading services when there is no more new letters to be used.
under PCGS and NGC but on the same level as ICG so not bad or anything, they also grade cleaned coins if you want.
