What kind of toning is this?

    This coin toned in my possession. It was pure white bullion when I bought it.
    It is still a very white silvery coin.
    The silvery look. It has some great mirrored fields.

    It looks like it could have been on a windowsill in the sunlight or a wooden shelf with sun/light.

    If it happened in your possession, then it must be a miracle happening. I mean did it happen right in front of you? :jawdrop::smuggrin:
    Like 4 D's said, probably in a weird spot over time it just happened. Mystery solved. ;)

    I would refer to that as nice toning.

    Unusual toning for sure, I would allow it to stay where it's at for more toning, both sides show that golden hue on the edges, very nice! thumbsup.gif

    It's a little bit mottled (the toning, that is), but it looks like it has some textile patterns in there, and the pastel colors are definitely nice.

    Did you have it laying on a piece of cloth?
