When it comes to coppers, I tend to focus on the early dates 1793-1814. However, those being so expensive, specially if pre 1800. I slowly branched out onto the middle dates.

The designs are nice, and there are plenty of interesting varieties, and like I said, they are (more) affordable.

This is my middle date collection thus far (give or take).

Please post your own middle dates. It would be great to see them.

They sure make the modern cent look small. Yours are very nice, congrats.

Well at this point I only have 4 middle dates left in my collection. A couple of years ago I could have posted my danso album which was complete except for 1793 Liberty Cap. In the shot below of my remaining middle dates the 1820 does not have a good picture - but it is a lustrous beauty at 64+ (and CAC if you care). The best shot I have of it is small.

I have a date set which ranges from VF-20 to MS-66. I wanted a nice date set without "extreme heavy lifting" price wise.

The best, an 1817 in MS-66

The worst, an 1823/2 in VF-20.
