I have come into a random collection of coins from all over the world, some dating back into 1800s. I have one from mexico that appears to have been deformed prior to being struck, any thoughts if this makes it worth something or is the quality control just bad there.
What Paddyman says. It's an interesting error. You can't retire on it, but it's probably worth at least a couple bucks so you be able to buy a coffee or 2.
Sometimes there have been quality issues at the Mexican mint..... I've collected many (many) examples.
