1788 Vermont Bressett 16U?

    I believe this is a RR-25 Bresset 16U. I’m new to attributing coins, and would like some input if I’m wrong or right. I believe it’s correct. It’s the only one i can. Find with the (+) on Vernon and Lib.

    You are correct, some of these were overstruck on Irish halfpennies, look it over closely for any evidence of an undertype.
