    @Barberian . Excellent coins. Usually I am less than enthusiastic about Arrows & Rays coins but that one is a keeper. james

    PCGS dinged it for a significant, toned over obverse scratch near Liberty's leg. I like the coin for its look and color, but aside from the scratch it has also been polished a bit.

    Here are two that @Randy Abercrombie just up and gave to me when we were traveling to the 2026 FUN show in Orlando.

    I'd rather have this VF20 Seated quarter than a typical AU50 or so.

    This 1877-S half is, as of this posting, the main prize coin in my Giveaway #138 on Collectors Universe. So post an entry over there if you have a CU membership and you want a crack at it. We'll do the random drawing on February 1, 2026.
