First off I want to say hello and I been out of the coin loupe (see what I did there?) for a few years now and the forum I used to be active in, LCR seems to have closed its forum doors? Anyone know if this is temporary or permanent?
So, anyways this isnt an error but Im on the fence if its a RPM or just a die crack or chip. Im leaning towards "chip" off the tail of the 9 uyl1.jpg uyl12.jpg uyl13.jpg uyl13y.jpg but want your thoughts please.

I thought so, and you need to take me out to dinner before I show the whole coin ;p
    Thanks for the reply

Looking at the field, you can see striations which is evidence of a worn die (Die Deterioration) so Die Chip is the obvious answer for your Cent.

All indications are a small die crack. When I try to enlarge the coin it gets fuzzy. I was wondering if this was a small piece of copper pushed up on the left side from a hit but I can’t tell.

Many several years ago the forum @ Lincoln Cent Resource spun out into a separate website named The Lincoln Cent Forum. Now it looks like those running The Lincoln Cent Forum are looking to retire

Considering giving up site - Lincoln Cent Forum
"We had ba discussion yesterday and decided we are both too old to do this right. So, we are asking if any of you would consider taking it over ? Or even know somebody that would be interested? Best to email me as I check that daily....Thanks !"
