Most of these are self explanatory. There are some dol coins missing when I didn't take close ups. Like with the proof coin which I found more interesting. I found the key with the Benjy and normally I don't keep them. This one I kept for whatever reason and when I got home I saw the 925 and I almost threw it back. The ring was at another site. The buffalo is completely roached, I think it is 1928.
The end of Season7. The silver chain is the 2nd from the bottom, I didn't have a close up and I haven't tested it, it could be fake. Likewise with the gold which says 10K I haven't tested it. My GF snatched up that onyx and silver ring. Only the earring on the left is silver. The next one was a nice big homemade job.
So we move on to Season 6 2021. Only 3 halves, 9 silvers, 9 dollar coins, but 3 golds. I will just try to focus on the highlights. This will only take 2 posts as a number of dollar coins and halves I don't have close ups. The second photo is a silver Hershey's kiss charm, and then the chain with the ladybug. I think just the charm and clasp are silver. Then a tungsten ring. My 3rd Ike. The ring is nicer than that photo shows. Just like the large surface ring I found (the detector went off and I looked down and hello) this gold medallion was also a surface find. Small silver ring. I didn't think the cross was real but it is huge and tested positive for silver. I have a reverse photo somewhere with the makers name on it. Found it. Lol.
Closing out Season 6 2021. Silver medallion. In the next one with the SBA the center is silver the other is stainless steel (or something.) Gold ring. Then a class ring. 2 golds in 3 hunts in a row. Silver heart charm. I've had a larger spill than this, but this was a good one. OK found the Hershey's Kiss.
People lose stuff Bill. OK where am I, Season 5 2020. A number of dol coins with no photo, and even a lot of the good stuff I didn't take close ups. Had a 16 quarter spill and no separate photo. 1st one is gold, all the rest are silver. The last one is my second Merc. A couple before that the silver ring with the 2 stones, I didn't think was real but it tested positive.
The end of Season 5 2020. Silver charm, then a moonstone and silver earring. This next ring is almost a quarter ounce and I got it at the same tiny nothing kids park where I got the gold class ring. Horse charm. Tungsten. The last ring is similar to the big one but about half the weight. Season 5 2 halves 1 gold 8 dollars and 11 silvers.
I am really enjoying myself, except for not taking close up photos of all the good junk. Onto Season 4 2019. Season 4 5 halves 1 gold 20 dol coins and 12 silvers. There are a number of dollar coins and halves not shown. I will try to squeeze it into 2 posts. Silver ring, I think 1952-D, good signal on the balloon and it took me a while to find the letters TERLING running vertically down one of the seams, 1964 dime, gold ring, the one on the right is good the homemade job on the left came back negative, silver nickel, small but a silver earring, and my big spill. The stuff in the corner was at the same site, but not part of the spill. Also a dollar coin that hunt.
Season 4 wrap up 2019. Highlights from the 2nd photo, a good hunt over $32 and a silver ring/ dollar coin. I have photos of these multiple big coin recoveries (2 and a half) but IDK where they are. Tungsten ring, 2 dols, dol and 1964 quarter, three and a half, Sequoyah NIFC and a half, some homemade junk silver earring and a dol coin.
First there are some corrections. The bad homemade earring job is not silver, I got it confused with the homemade earring in this post. And I skipped over this cross and chain which I will show first. I think only the cross was stamped, and I thought they were both fake, and they both came back real. Season 3 2018. 7 halves 2 golds 16 doll coins 18 silvers, so there's a lot of photos and I think it just misses in 3 posts, sigh. Now back then I prob wasn't shooting extra photos of the good junk, so they are going to be a little blurry. Sorry. A lot of these are self explanatory. This was interesting. These 2 rings were in the same hole, and very close together. Gold ring This is the homemade job that was real. I really like the 1943-S steelie.
The ring on the end of the 1st photo is 14K. Everything else I have is 10K. These are all silver although the nice one on the end is not stamped. It pays to get up early. After I picked this up I dug up a dime underneath. Broken part of a silver ring. Stainless steel. Some of them are cool.
Part 3, one small post after this to finish Season 3 2018. This was interesting. A Maxim Gorky 1 ruble commemorative.
OK we can wrap up Season 3 2018 with a very nice score. 3 dollar coins including an Ike. A half, a silver ring, and a silver bracelet. I believe I went Sat and Sunday. The bracelet is stamped 925 but I didn't test it so IDK.
In seasons 1 and 2, I did a lot of hunts. Even though I did it 20 years before, the 1st year it took me half the hunts to relearn everything and figure out WTH I was doing. In Season 2 2017 there were no golds, but 6 halves 50 dollar coins and 19 silvers. There was one little nothing park where I pulled 26 dollar coins, so I figured some little kid was burying them. 23 were from him. The other 3 I know were not his based on location, depth and the time period I recovered them as he must have moved and or gotten older and stopped doing it. There were 3 or 4 little parks when the 1st time I hit them they were LOADED with targets, and then when I would go there again in the future there was very little, so I assumed they had years to fill and no one was detecting there until I cleaned them all out. The other parks with high traffic would refill in 3+ months. This is a 7 post recap. But there's only 1 season left. This was a big silver cross. 1st Merc.
Season 2 part 2/7 (sorry). First Ike, Native American Dollar (not NIFC) When the hunts were good. Large homemade silver ring. Silver dime.
Season 2 part 3/7. Tungsten I have some gold looking items that are .925 silver. The feather on this copper is silver.
Season 2 part 5/7. Just a broken clasp but it is .925. The silver in the turquoise star earring is .925. 2 Annas India 1944. I had a little drought and then pulled this nearly 12g Libra charm.
Season 2 part 6/7. Tungsten. This was very exciting. The 3 Sacs were in a spill under a swing. I had 2 more hits very close by but they were quarters. The dragonfly earring between the 2 dol coins is .925.
