The rules of this thread can be challenging. I've often had to look at a map to see if there was an unbroken straight line across the ocean between certain countries. That kinda makes it educational on the geography front, though.
France. I posted this last night, it either didn't take or it was removed. France has an Atlantic coastline along with the USA Its not a straight line due to the earths curvature.
I reckon the "must be a straight line" rule does not count the earth's curvature, but rather refers to a straight line on a flat, two-dimensional map.
