The French actress Brigitte Bardot has died and some obituaries claim that she appeared on French coins starting in 1969.
From CBS News and Associated Press:

Such was her widespread appeal that in 1969 her features were chosen to be the model for "Marianne," the national emblem of France and the official Gallic seal. Bardot's face appeared on statues, postage stamps and even on coins.

I have not found any French coins with Ms. Bardot on them, can anyone else locate them?

I know of no French issues featuring Bardot, but I'm guessing that will change pretty soon (her appearance on a banknote might be more likely). The closest I could find was a 1966 silver medal minted by Monnaies de Paris (below). She did appear on "special issues" from the Cook Islands and some other "special" issues from independent mints. She also appeared on a limited "fantasy" banknote for Sarre/ Saar that is a little too naughty to share here.
