Nope. Not a Doubled die variety. That's Die Deterioration doubling which puts it in the worthless doubling category. FYI - the correct Numismatic terminology is actually doubled die, not double die. Big difference
If you flip the coin over all the 1955 DDs have a slightly rotated reverse. I don't think anyone is pulling this coin out of circulation any more.
I’m glad @paddyman98 posted that link. It is known by as A Poor Man’s Doubled Die. Worth maybe $5.00 retail.
