    They both look great :) however I would get the one PCGS ( Collectors Universe )
    Note and resubmit it to PCGS ( Gold Shield ) to maintain value, as a owner of many rare Military Payment Certificates, most 1 of 1 in 68 or 69,s in the PCGS ( collectors Universe ) world many of those notes dropped 15 - 20% because there was no more
    registery to determine a notes population and rarity.
