1983 DDO and DDR

I'm seeing DDO and DDR. What do you guys think?

From the pics I see DDR I believe, The pics of the obverse are inconclusive, as they have some glare, and shadow obscuring my view.

 

On second inspection trust looks doubled.

Okay, I see a lot of doubling, I can't say if it's doubled die, or machine doubling, I'm not into doubled mint marks, or DDO DDR type stuff, to me it seems too difficult to find one, they are pretty rare.

Class IV doubling is the result of doubling the design in a single cardinal direction – north, south, east, southwest, etc. I know this form of doubling is found more often affecting the center of the design than other classes but not necessarily. My point is...it can be in any direction.

Nope...I think most people are here to "talk opinions"...my opinion

 

I stand by my opinion that the coin presented is not from a doubled die.

 

Very nice pics but I as well am not seeing any doubling . The bottom of the U in TRUST possibly seems to swell a bit but were there doubling in this area the diagonal leg of the R beside it normally reflects the doubling as well.
One of the pics of trust shows doubling caused by camera or coin shake during the exposure. The rim is the telling factor in this pic as it is doubled from movement as well

I'm thinking probably it's a class II - distorted hub doubling...

“Class II hub doubling is most often characterized by doubling that parallels the outside edges of the devices closest to the rim. The two primary requirements are that the spread be directly toward or away from the rim (without rotation or pivot) and that there be clear separation lines in the doubling”

 

I don't think it's DD because if the photos you've provided were DD then that would mean every single photo I have uploaded on this site would be considered DD which would mean that the guys who commented on my coins based on my photos were unskilled inexperienced and needs to apologize for the 500 posts I've dismissed based on their comments. Just saying. So your coin is not DD.

Simple.. If you are seeing Doubling on the Obverse and the Reverse of a coin then it is most likely Machine Doubling.

I don't think there are true Doubled Die on both sides of a coin.

 

I don't wish to encourage the OP in regards to this coin as I feel it is not a doubled die but there are examples of coins with doubling on both the obverse and the reverse. The only one that comes to mind at the moment is 1c 1940 ddo-002/ddr-009. I have been actively searching for an UNC. to upgrade my circulated example for some time now.
