Not many bronzes of this unlucky lady here yet, so why not share your Crispinas? Mine is totally worn down and cost me just 40 Euros, but I find the portrait still elegant (forget the reverse...) and absolutely love the shiny yellow surfaces
Nice portrait!! She appears more attractive than other 'busts' I've seen. I have a very worn sestertius (unphotographed) and the following example.....plus a denarius
What a fun thread! I'll post my Crispina Sestertii when I get home from work and have access to my photo files.
any coins of her are good ones. i don't have any of her yet, but she's on the list. a tragic figure that deserves collecting.

Maybe it is a case of "the less you see, the better" with this lady :-D. Your worn Sestertius portrait looks elegant as well, but have you ever seen a denarius of hers that could be described as "fine style"?
Great Sestertius @Julius Germanicus ! Keep those Quarters a-comin' ! I have the Full Dollar of her: RI Crispina m Commodus 177 CE AR denarius 2.29g Juno stdg RIC-283
