I spent 3 months of weekend searching every bank near me to find half dollar rolls. Between work and family I can only look on the weekends. Finally found a bank nearby that happened to have 13 rolls, so I of course took them all. I was happy enough just finding the rolls until I saw a Stone Mountain commemorative ender. In total I found the Stone Mountain Commem, '61 Franklin, 1 - '64, 2 - '67's and 2 - '68's Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
Nice finds definitely worth the task of finding the rolls. ***Frank is always grumpy.....by nature . When he was born the doctor smacked his butt....and Frank smacked the doctor back.....and then the doctor started to cry!
My Stone mt. Georgia coin cost me around $20.00 at my local coin club auction. Good for you finding it in a roll.
Especially since I only drove 15 minutes to get them. The response I usually get is "we don't get those anyone but I can order you a $500 box." I'd be all for that except a few rolls don't require the boss's (my wife) permission. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
I assume this would run about $20- $30 if I tried getting it a show or shop. I haven't done much research on gradong points for these but I imagine it would be F-VF Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
