Mis colored dollar bill

Green tint all around the border of the bill. Also other things. Any info? Any value? If better pictures are needed lmk thanks

Looks like a lot of defects idk I'm guessing. Green tint all around the bill amongst other things that don't look right . Doesn't appear to have been washed because the green tint is only around the bill not the face. Also on the back. Any info? Any Value? If you need better pictures just lmk thanks

 

Enviromental damage/discoloring. IMO. Oh, but that serial numberis so close.

 

That note is discolored after leaving the BEP. It’s damaged.

Currency dye packs release bright, permanent dyes, most commonly red, but also blue, black, or green, mixed with tear gas.

 

It’s a spender. You’d never recover the cost of grading. It’s not an error. It’s damaged.

 

Spender. The serial number is close, but no cigar.

 

Miscolored can be staining.
If you put a dollar bill in the pocket of your jeans and it runs through the
wash, the blue dye in the denim can get on the bill which is what I guess
happened here.
