Why Mat? I'm not fond of the coloring and something looks off to me, but it's not the edge. It kinda reminds me of my Nero fake (it's most definitely fake according to David Sear): You should ask yourself @ro1974, was the price commensurate with like coins of this condition and was the seller known to you?
Corrosions and culprit seem real, also letters and portait details aren't wrong that do they say on FORVM
I'm really surprised that a counterfeit Nero AE like this one would not have at least a slightly better reverse. It shows that counterfeiters are willing to lower the quality somewhat and accept a lower price, rather than raising suspicion by increasing the condition of the reverse and trying to get a higher price for a better-condition coin. This is very sneaky. If you don't mind my asking, how much did this coin cost?
You should ask yourself @@ro1974, was the price commensurate with like coins of this condition and was the seller known to you? i buy now by vcoins, in the beging from starting my collection i did know all those good sites, and i saw i has bronze desease and then it is oke. the price was in that time for me high I didnt know those good coin friends who help me
I do not have the price in my catalog since I was refunded the purchase. My catalog only reflects zero cost. Sorry.
