Is this a Reverse Proof? Any guesses on value would help me. IMG_3738.jpeg IMG_3737.jpeg

That is the standard bullion version of the lunar series from the Perth Mint. They do have a reverse proof appearance but it is not the same as the reverse proofs made from the US Mint. Perth also makes proof versions of these lunar coins, which come with a higher premium (at least when issued; some of the premium can disappear in the secondary market).

This bullion version used to have a premium above melt (I have seen as high as $10-$15 over spot) until prices for silver exploded this year. Looking at eBay, there was one that sold at auction for $57.50 shipped about a month ago. With spot hovering around $62 as of Friday close, you might be able to net $60-$65 (cheapest eBay listing now is around $80, which nets you a bit under $65 after fees and shipping costs).
